Each subscriber would purchase a Rescue
card for any of the categories:
.: REGISTRATION
The following are the Steps required for
registration
Each
purchased Rescue card bears a security
PIN Number
Scratch off
the covered area to find your secret PIN
(Numbers are covered under the cover
panel)
Dial the
call 24-Hour call centre number
01-850-7596 (see additional lines)
You would
be required to provide the following
details to the call centre agent during
registration or first time of accessing
Rescue 247 services; Full Name,
Sex, Age, Telephone number, Rescue card
PIN number, Mothers (first name)
Family Members Registration
All the
names of family members and date of
birth would be supplied during
registration
The card is
only valid for use for 12 months
Members
would purchase Renewal Rescue Card and
activate via the Call centre.
.: USING RESCUE 247 SERVICES
Members would call the 24 Hr call
centre via a telephone line and
provide caller or member information
to the call centre agent. All
details provided MUST be authentic
and they are confidentially
protected.
For unconscious members, the caller
would provide details of the person
who requires responses.
All false informants would be
prosecuted.
Members can access
Rescue 247 for
unlimited number of time during the
validity period of their membership.
.: MEMBERSHIP
BENEFITS
All subscribers shall
be entitled to a relief package of
N50,000
for any permanent disability sustained following an accident in addition
to the benefits listed below

network of providers nationwide in an emergency.
» Access to
comprehensive rescue services on a 24 hour basis.
» Unlimited access to
medical advisory services.
